Role Overview

To support data management and customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, with a focus on HR administration and customer care, while supporting additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on HR administration queries, understanding specific processes.
  • Perform data management or customer service activities independently according to schedule and KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion.
  • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA and to high standards.
  • Follow detailed working instructions, reporting gaps and supporting updates.
  • Proficiently use relevant systems and tools.
  • Complete SOC controls on time with necessary evidence.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on client / country-specific processes.
  • Report system issues accurately with detailed tickets.
  • Notify the Service Manager of scope deviations.
  • Handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Complete all learning objectives successfully.
  • Accurately record time and adhere to security standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, communicate issues promptly, and stay updated on company announcements.
  • Build relationships across business units and update stakeholders as needed.
  • Participate in projects and other activities as assigned.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to support a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently following processes.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care or HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of Alight and client-specific HR / customer care processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or higher.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
