The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in managing incoming leads and ensuring a seamless communication process with potential clients. This individual will be responsible for promptly responding to inquiries, engaging with leads, and scheduling property viewings to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized communicator with excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Management :

  • Respond promptly to incoming leads through various channels (phone, email, online inquiries).
  • Qualify leads by gathering key information and understanding their property requirements.
  • Update and maintain the lead database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with leads, providing them with relevant information and updates about available properties.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients to keep them engaged throughout their property search.

Booking Property Viewings :

  • Schedule property viewings based on client availability and preferences.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth and efficient viewing appointments.
  • Provide clients with necessary details about the properties they are viewing.

Follow-up & Relationship Building :

  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails with leads to gauge interest and gather feedback.
  • Work with the sales team to convert leads into active clients and help them progress through the sales process.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and address any queries or concerns promptly.

Administrative Support :

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and property viewings.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team on lead status and outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials and documentation as needed.
  • Update our property database on the CRM system.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a high-quality service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Experience in a customer support or sales-related role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes is an advantage, but not required.

This role typically involves office-based work, in our office located in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Number of leads successfully contacted and engaged.
  • Number of property viewings scheduled and attended.
  • Lead conversion rate and overall sales support effectiveness.

Reports To : Sales Manager or Sales Team Lead.

Remuneration : The role offers a competitive base salary along with a commission-based structure, providing the opportunity to earn additional income based on performance and sales targets.
