Country Manager - Spain

As part of our mission to expand globally, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Country Manager for Spain to lead our operations in Spain.

The Country Manager for Spain will be responsible for overseeing our operations and growth strategies in the region. This role involves spearheading market entry and expansion efforts, managing local business development, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all country-level operations for Ndax in Spain, including business development, regulatory compliance, marketing, and customer support.
2. Drive Ndax's expansion strategy in Spain, including evaluation and recommendation of growth options based on market analysis.
3. Support major regulatory and policy efforts, ensuring Ndax operates in full compliance with applicable local regulations.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry partners, and local financial institutions.
5. Represent Ndax in Spain through media engagements, conferences, industry forums, and meetings with clients and regulators.
6. Monitor and analyze local and European market trends and competition to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
7. Ensure Ndax's brand and values are reflected locally.
8. Collaborate with global Product, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop products and user experiences tailored to local clients.
9. Provide regular performance and growth reports to Ndax's senior management.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior management role within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven experience engaging with regulators and managing a business subject to regulatory oversight at the country level.
• Strong network within European financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Deep understanding of European legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
• Familiarity with the European market, including regional regulations, market trends, and competition.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
