WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Manychat is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Mobile Product stream — one of the company’s top strategic priorities. We believe that the future of Manychat is mobile and we are looking for a person who will help us shape it and contribute to its growth. Our mobile app is already driving strong adoption across our customer base, and we’re just getting started.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with the Mobile Area product lead, initially focusing on discovery and execution of the roadmap, then take strategic ownership of one of the key mobile sub-streams after demonstrating successful traction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, data) to deliver meaningful outcomes by translating product opportunities into clear product requirements and prioritizing high-impact work.
• Conduct ongoing user research independently and in collaboration with the User Research team to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Define success metrics and analyze data to make informed product decisions.
• Evangelize your product line across the organization and keep stakeholders informed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Must haves

• 5+ years experience working in a Product Manager role within a high-growth environment. Experience with B2B mobile products is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in outcome-driven product development, and a strong commitment to delivering customer value. Passion and skills to deal with uncertainty at a high pace.
• Customer-centric mindset: you always start with gaining deep understanding of the customer needs and show capability to gain valuable insights from all sorts of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in defining and driving specific product metrics with your product increments. You know how to use data for making important product decisions.
• You are good at presenting your work results and the impact made.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
