We work with the vision to streamline international payments, accounting, and process optimization for members of TrekkSoft Group and independent 3rd party travel companies. We started Payyo with our products mainly offered for the travel industry. Our business goes beyond an API or technical product; it creates solutions that make the daily life of our clients easier and happier.

Requirements

The key responsibilities

  • Proactively manage client relationships through onboarding, check-ins, and improvement plans for long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot.
  • Act as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent issues by analyzing and improving processes.
  • Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate product improvements.
  • Maintain accounts, analyze current situations, and identify areas for improvement, such as take rate, payment methods, and upselling features.
  • Develop and monitor new sales opportunities.
  • As Payyo is a small team, be willing to assist with additional projects in product and marketing according to your skills.

What you need to bring with you

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
  • A proactive attitude to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Preferably, understanding of SaaS and marketplaces.
  • Experience in fintech, finance, or payments is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, especially HubSpot.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team environment.
  • EU citizenship or EU work permit.
