Puesto:

As Management Assistant Sales, you will be key to managing the Experimentation and Development Centres in El Ejido and Cartagena. Your primary base will be in El Ejido, with regular travel to Cartagena. You will ensure smooth operations at both centres and support departmental events to ensure their success.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations: material orders, catering coordination, courier services, PPE provisioning, supervising cleaning services.
  • Supporting the commercial department with event and promotional day organization.
  • Organizing and receiving visitors at the centres.
  • Handling visitor reception and inquiries.
  • Managing invoices and administrative procedures.
  • Preparing meeting rooms.
  • Assisting in departmental task management.

Requisitos:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • University degree (ADE, Marketing, Tourism, Secretarial) or equivalent.
  • C1 level of English proficiency.
  • Experience in event management, social networks, and digital communication is a plus.
