Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer & Partner Experience Specialist. The Customer & Partner Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing customer & Partner inquiries, providing product and service information to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience. The Customer & Partner Experience Specialist will also play a key role in driving customer & Partner satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Actual residence in Valencia area, Spain
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Experience with "Customer Journeys" and CX
  • Experience in IT sector and dealing with IT Partners (distributors)
  • Pro-activity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is a plus
  • Experience with BPM software is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
