We are looking for a resourceful and driven Outsourcing Producer to join our team! This fast-paced role requires problem-solving skills and technical expertise to impact project success and client relationships. You will work closely with top-tier gaming clients and collaborate with our talented team to refine services, ensure successful execution, offer creative solutions, and create exceptional value. The vacancy is 100% remote! The role requires some working hours in PST - EST time zones.

Responsibilities :

• Develop Comprehensive Proposals : Align client expectations with Devoted's expertise by creating structured bids, defining quality targets, and outlining a step-by-step approach to client requirements.
• Client Communication & Clarification : Act as the main point of contact for clients, clarifying needs and providing creative, expert recommendations with a sense of urgency to close bids quickly.
• Client Calls & Technical Notes : Attend client calls to gather scope information or potential new projects. Provide clear technical notes via JIRA for internal team coordination.
• Bid Collaboration : Work with Business Development and the CEO to finalize bids, create detailed RFPs, and manage their progression.
• Project Transition : Own the transition from pre-production to production, ensuring all relevant information is handed off seamlessly.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain visibility into ongoing projects and their status.
• Enhance Service Sales : Collaborate to improve the sale of tailored services, update portfolios, and prepare templated proposals to support sales efforts.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years in a similar Project Management, Outsourcing Producer / Manager, or Business Development role within the video game industry.
• Proven ability to craft tailored proposals and project estimates.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines, with effective communication skills.
• Proficient in project management and CRM tools (Jira, Nethunt, or similar).
• Exceptional responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency in client interactions.
• Resourceful and creative, eager to learn new techniques to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work some hours in PST - EST time zones.
