Your Job : The Manager, Spain Retail Marketing, plays a vital role in ensuring integrated marketing delivery for our Strategic and Key Accounts. Your responsibilities include developing and executing account-specific trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives. A key aspect of this role is collaborating closely with the Territory Director South to align with the overall Spain strategy. Your main stakeholders are retailers, Key Account Managers, the Sales Manager Spain, and the EMEA Marketing Team.
Your Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development of the retail marketing strategy and lead the execution of Retail Marketing activities across Spain.
- Develop, plan, present, and activate Retail Marketing plans based on seasonal demand and sales plans for Spain, guided by EMEA directives.
- Ensure consistent visibility of the Brooks brand and products at points of sale (brick & mortar, online, social media, PR, retail events) and provide ongoing marketing support to Sales and Tech Reps to boost sell-through.
- Ensure that customer experience, assets, and programs align with campaign strategies, reflect brand principles, and are executed timely and within budget.
- Enhance brand awareness by securing permanent space in new stores, online brand pages, or third-party websites.
- Manage the Retail Marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives are synchronized with the product pipeline across Wholesale and eCommerce, and integrated with the broader EMEA Marketing team.
- Identify and propose new ideas to attract, engage, and connect with new target groups and customer activations.
- Promote an integrated approach to campaign execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Plan and oversee all retail account marketing budgets under the guidance of the Territory Director, South.
- Communicate seasonal program updates, including changes, retailer feedback, sales data from promotions, and consumer engagement metrics.
