Senior Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our Process Development team. This role involves leading and executing process development programs at lab and pilot scales, contributing to technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading project development including design of experiments.Executing process development programs and pilot scale manufacturing.Authoring technical documents such as reports and SOPs.Evaluating experimental results and proposing follow-up activities.Contributing to lab management tasks.Ensuring operational activities meet quality and timeline requirements.

Required Qualifications :

Background in Biomedical Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech.At least 5 years of experience in the biotechnology industry.In-depth knowledge of protein purification and chromatography.Hands-on experience with FPLC and filtration techniques.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Based in the Barcelona area.
