About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking the best talent to join rindus. We are collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work in a distributed team from our Málaga, Spain office, or remotely.

What you'll be doing

Following an intensive selection process for a planning software, Anaplan was chosen for financial planning. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out for all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation. This project involves collaboration with Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be developed to maintain and further enhance the software independently. The current team includes one Anaplan Model Builder, one Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant to complete this team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a development lead, collaborating closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and stakeholders.
• Bring deep Anaplan expertise to the team, training and enabling new resources.
• Support the implementation project alongside the internal team and external partners.
• Define Anaplan solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new models.
• Own configuration and maintenance of models and the Data Hub, manage the data dictionary, and support defect resolution.
• Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic.
• Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team.
• Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Test and validate models to meet business requirements and performance expectations.

Key Relationships :

Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external engagement with service providers and Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in retail finance.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of business processes and data flows.
• Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to agile working.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of Anaplan experience.
• Project management support experience.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
