What we are looking for?

We seek talented professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative within the corporate banking division of a leading international bank.

The project focuses on modernizing the bank’s online and mobile platforms to deliver a digital-first experience that maximizes process efficiency and customer value. You will join a team dedicated to designing and developing customer interfaces—web and mobile—and supporting backend integrations, aiming to establish a scalable, efficient corporate banking platform for all client segments.

Your main responsibilities as Android Tech Lead will be:

• Analysis and design of new features
• Development, code review, and testing of features
• Incident resolution
• Technical alignment with Product Owner and other teams

Skills needed to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Android native development
• Detailed knowledge of Kotlin
• Proficiency with Android Studio, Git, and Gradle
• Experience with Android Jetpack
• Knowledge of security mechanisms: Keystore, SSL pinning, encryption (AES, Diffie-Hellman), man-in-the-middle protections
• Knowledge of hardening mechanisms: ProGuard, DexGuard (or similar)
• Experience with architecture design for mobile applications (e.g., MVC, SOLID, MVVMC, clean architecture)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, fostering knowledge sharing and learning
• Initiative in seeking new solutions and improvements
• Teamwork orientation
