Job Description :

The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.

This candidate should be familiar with Retail sales organization, initiatives, and data to report performance effectively and develop analytical models for decision-making.

The P&P Senior Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders (both within and outside the P&P team) to ensure successful delivery.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management.
  • Establish and maintain accurate reporting processes to track Retail performance across management levels.
  • Lead projects impacting Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project cycle from concept to implementation and tracking.
  • Create compelling presentations to communicate progress and facilitate decision-making, providing recommendations.
  • Work with regional Retail sales teams to analyze performance and develop action plans.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, often involving large datasets and regional feedback.
  • Assist in developing analytical models for strategic and tactical decisions related to Retail incentives, sizing, and organization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and develop a network of contacts across the business.
  • Leverage tools like Tableau and Salesforce to automate and standardize data processes.

Candidate profile

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills; ability to interpret, summarize, and present complex data clearly; strong attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence decisions.
  • Methodical, organized, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong drive, stakeholder engagement, and ability to work on multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships, create networks, and influence.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • SQL skills and experience with Tableau are highly valued but not required.
  • Experience in the accommodation intermediation business is valued but not required.
