As an Expansion Administrative, you will be responsible for providing follow-up and assistance to the assigned agencies, supporting the process and development of new openings. You will participate in tenders for locating new partners and maintain constant contact with suppliers. This is an analytical position requiring daily involvement, but it also involves operational aspects, logistics, and distribution, which should align with your professional background.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

  1. Ensuring the correct functioning of the agency in case of incidents.
  2. Checking delivery notes, stocktakes, and agency costs.
  3. Conducting periodic trips to agencies for audits.
  4. Controlling processes and training new staff.
  5. Opening new agencies.
  6. Ensuring daily processes are correctly carried out.
  7. Maintaining daily communication with agencies.
  8. Managing transport, including hiring extra vans for inter-agency liaison.
  9. Verifying monthly invoicing of agencies.
  10. Managing incidents with agencies and supporting other departments (Customer Experience, Operations, etc.).
  11. Preparing files for openings.
  12. Implementing and creating routes and new agencies via computer systems.

What are the requirements?

  • Based in southern Spain: Córdoba, Jaén, Sevilla, Granada, etc.
  • Highly analytical, capable of methodically measuring agency performance.
  • Team player with a multidisciplinary profile.
  • Negotiation and/or commercial management skills.
  • Knowledge and background in logistics, specifically Last Mile.
  • Availability to travel frequently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Autonomous and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of PowerBI, and familiarity with management software such as CRM and ERP.
  • Basic IT skills to resolve incidents.
  • Enthusiast of Lean methodologies.
  • English language skills to work effectively.
