About the role
As a Product Marketing Specialist at Flanks, you’ll bridge the gap between our Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams to transform complex wealthtech solutions into clear, compelling messaging. You'll lead product launches, define positioning and go-to-market strategies, and create customer-facing materials that drive engagement and adoption. Your work will ensure our value resonates with wealth managers, while keeping us competitive through ongoing market and competitor analysis.
What you'll do ️
Here’s what you can expect to work on:
- Collaborate closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams to deeply understand our wealthtech solutions—both current and in development—and translate that knowledge into impactful materials and documentation.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including the definition of naming, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that reflect our desired positioning and align with the product roadmap.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly articulate value and resonate with our target audience of wealth managers at banks and family offices.
- Create, maintain, and evolve a full suite of customer-facing and sales enablement materials—including commercial decks, demo videos, product tutorials, documentation, FAQs, and onboarding assets—to drive product adoption, client engagement, and commercial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Content team to activate product launches and updates across key channels (website, blog, newsletter, social media, etc.).
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to inform positioning, identify opportunities, and ensure Flanks stays ahead in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
What we'd love to see
- 3–5 years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B fintech/ wealthtech, or private banking/financial services industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with strong research skills, a high standard of quality, and the ability to craft engaging content and lead cross-functional projects end-to-end independently.
- Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment ️.
