The Opportunity
A new opportunity has become available within our expanding Finance Team, supporting the business by building and documenting procedures across finance administration streams, primarily PTP.
You will develop a good understanding of the business process and support the business in its adoption of process management as part of embedding and developing the process framework.
In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, you will provide regular support to a broad range of work including analysing business controls and their effectiveness in the new ways of working post project Symphony, agreeing mitigating actions, and reporting findings to the company head of Finance administration.

Role Accountabilities
- Assist with documentation of processes: process flows, Quick Reference Guides (QRG), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), walkthroughs, and templates
- Support the development and adoption of business processes, collaborating with local teams to ensure understanding and application
- Assist teams with onboarding and training colleagues on process tools
- Provide ongoing technical support for process mapping activities and ensure adherence to processes
- Support finance department (PTP) and internal stakeholders with communication of processes before and after ERP/Financial system go-live
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in process mapping and tooling (essential)
- Basic experience with control environments such as SOX and SOP requirements
- Ability to adopt new tools and support complex processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Become a super-user of our processes and assist in onboarding colleagues
- Confidence in delivering demos and training
- Strong system skills and computer literacy (MS Office)
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
