Define product requirements for the market.
Develop company presentations.
Identify potential partners.
Create installer networks.
Establish relations with IT and HVAC manufacturers, developers, distributors, reps, builders, and installers.
Support marketing strategies through trade shows, industry events, etc.
Manage relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage accounts payments and monitor incidents.
Conduct in-person and online meetings to attract, retain, and build client relationships.
Provide technical product training.
Prepare periodic CRM reports, including visits, quotations, and feedback.
Manage customer database using CRM; create sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
Deliver technical product presentations and training to assist customers with system commissioning and troubleshooting.
Coordinate technical post-sale support with the technical support department.
Monitor projects from start to finish.
Communicate with MEP engineers to get Airzone systems specified.
Draft projects in coordination with the project department.
Follow up on projects from specification to sale completion.
Prepare, monitor, and negotiate quotations and projects.
Manage project installation and follow-up at the construction level.
Ensure customer satisfaction across developers, engineers, contractors, installers, and end users.
Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, HR, marketing, tech support, back office, projects, training, and web support.
Work with other SAMs in the EMEA market and other markets.
Maintain a solid understanding of the technical aspects of products/services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, regulations, and competitors.
Engage in continuous learning through training programs, workshops, industry events, and relevant publications.
Coordinate commercial training for Sales Engineers, Reps, Distributors, and Manufacturers with the Training Department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Telecom Engineering.
English proficiency at C2 level (preferably native).
Based in Malaga.
Availability to travel within Europe up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
Sales experience in the HVAC/Home Automation industry preferred.
Experience in HVAC/Home Automation applied sales in a distributor or major manufacturer is a plus.
