Concierge/Butler

This role requires to relocate to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Concierge / VIP Butler to join our team in Grand Cayman. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxurious setting, providing exceptional service to our high-end clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring itineraries, assisting with VIP guest needs, and learning Front Desk duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide personalized concierge services to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience during their stay.

Tailor itineraries based on guests' preferences and needs.

Anticipate and address guest needs, handling any requests promptly and professionally.

Work closely with other departments, including the Front Desk, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Learn and assist with Front Desk duties as needed.

Maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism in all interactions.

Provide VIP services for high-profile guests, ensuring privacy and exclusive attention.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a concierge, butler, or similar role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Experience working with VIP guests and high-profile clientele.

Ability to tailor itineraries and provide personalized recommendations.

Willingness to learn Front Desk duties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
