This role will be a critical middle-level position, supporting a senior member of the Construction & Procurement Team. Based in Spain or Italy, the role supports both Construction and Procurement functions, from early project development to contract negotiations with EPC Contractors and overseeing project execution for the Project Delivery Team and Technical Advisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support management and execution of the Project Construction pipeline across Europe (Iberia and Italy), LATAM, and North America.
  • Assist senior team members in managing the project delivery pipeline.
  • Coordinate with external Contractors and stakeholders, with support from senior management.
  • Oversee work of the Technical Advisor, ensuring alignment and technical oversight.
  • Lead weekly meetings with Contractors to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate workflows between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Investment Management, Construction, and Procurement teams to meet business objectives and uphold core values.
  • Support project delivery from initial development through to onboarding with Asset Management.
  • Contribute expertise in early-stage project development, working with internal and external partners.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other European languages, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented approach.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude.
  • Interest and aptitude in technology, including AI.
  • Delivery focus with the ability to produce quality outputs efficiently.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Some experience in investment, development, or contracting environments, ideally post-university.
  • Experience with negotiations and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Experience within an investment organization or in EPC, development, or contracting environments is beneficial.
  • 2-3 years in project management, commercial management, or asset management roles.
