The Manager of Industry Development plays a crucial role in our school's success and international reputation. The role focuses on enhancing strategic growth within the professional training and development sector by forging strong industry partnerships and delivering innovative solutions to position the academy as a leader in hospitality education in the region. The individual will lead initiatives with educational institutions, corporate partners, and key industry stakeholders, utilizing data-driven strategies, personalized engagement, and targeted outreach.

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (required)
  • Postgraduate qualification or experience in training, business development, strategic marketing (preferred), with certified training credentials highly advantageous
  • Significant experience in the hospitality industry, especially in training, sales, or marketing roles

Experience

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in related fields, focusing on training, stakeholder management, or business development
  • Experience in consulting and partnership development with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills with industry partners, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Strategic thinking, industry trend analysis, and contribution to long-term training initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
