Python Web Engineer

We are currently seeking a Python Web Engineer to join our development team and contribute to our innovative projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and quality products are delivered. This includes designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and highly available Python applications.

What we are looking for:

1. You have 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
2. You have 4+ years of experience in Python software engineering.
3. You enjoy solving problems and collaborating in a team environment.
4. You have experience developing web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or similar.
5. You have strong skills in relational (SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, etc.) databases.
6. You have experience working with message brokers like RabbitMQ.
7. You are familiar with version control systems, specifically Git.
8. You have excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. You are comfortable working on international projects where English is the primary language.
10. You have experience working with Agile methodologies.
11. You regularly work with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
12. You possess Spanish NIE, Social Security Number, and Working Permit.

Preferred skills include:

1. Experience with ETLs and handling large data volumes.
2. Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
3. Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
4. Interest in Neural Networks and Machine Learning applications.

Our selection process:

1. Complete a Google Form (5-10 min).
2. Short skills assessment test (45 min).
3. Technical interview, including a live coding session (60-90 min).
4. Talent interview to assess fit (30 min).

We aim to complete the process in less than two weeks.
