The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best people out there. The worker supports the technical services and support function under the guidance of technical lead engineers.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
Valued skills include: Routers, Switches, Linux, Unix, Windows, Apache, Microsoft IIS, Tomcat, MySQL, Oracle, Troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical skills. Education: Technical Degree.
Fluent/native written and spoken English and Spanish.
