Qualifications :

What skills and experience do we seek?

At least 1 year of business development, lead generation, or sales experience. SaaS or Tech experience is advantageous.

Exceptional communication skills in English & Norwegian.

Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.

Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset.

Thirst for learning and self-challenge — Business Development is demanding!

Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.

Deep knowledge of the sales, discovery, and qualification process.

Balance independence with team success and take pride in collective achievements.
