Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is a global firm headquartered in Switzerland that specializes in addressing succession challenges faced by small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through our Operator-Led Search Fund program.

We are seeking motivated, talented, and aspirational mid-career professionals who aspire to partner with NCA to search, acquire, and lead a small or medium-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer. You will manage the acquisition process with the support of our experienced investment team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Step into the CEO role of the newly acquired business.
• Review product and service offerings, portfolio strategies, and existing brand positioning to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Identify value creation opportunities, design new products / services (NPD), define go-to-market strategies, and organize commercial launches.

Qualifications :

• Academic achievement, preferably with an Executive MBA or MBA degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in global business development and international expansion.
