Job Description Summary

ABOUT THE ALIRA HEALTH CONSULTING TEAM

Alira Health Consulting Division is an integrated team of approximately two hundred consultants specialized in the healthcare industry. We lead, manage, and execute a broad range of assignments, including Local and Global Market Access and Pricing, Brand Strategy, and New Product Differentiation for Pharma, Diagnostics, MedTech, and Digital Health Solutions (DHS) clients. Within this division, there is a team of about 30 professionals focused on Brand Strategy and New Product Planning for Pharmaceutical Companies. We are seeking a Europe-based Partner to expand our practice into additional European and global markets.

Examples of assignments include :

  • New Product Planning : Differentiating transformative therapies in early development, informing stage gate decisions, understanding pipeline insights, and conducting business assessments.
  • Brand Strategy and Analytics : Creating long-term brand plans, responding to market changes, conducting segmentation analytics, and forecasting ROI.
  • Medical Affairs : Establishing scientific leadership, creating evidence plans, engaging patients, and enhancing scientific communication.

THE PARTNER ROLE

The Partner acts as a leader within the division, responsible for practice development, leveraging expertise and networks, and contributing to Alira Health's growth. The role involves market assessment, developing offerings, and representing the firm externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development : Building a strong network, maintaining client relationships, leading initiatives, and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Thought Leadership : Providing intellectual leadership, representing the practice in cross-team projects, and mentoring staff.
  • Project Execution : Driving project success, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and identifying new business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting or industry roles within Pharma, with a track record of revenue generation.
  • Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Engineering; medical degrees preferred for Medical Affairs roles.
  • Deep expertise in oncology, hematology, or immunology.
  • International management experience and senior-level engagement.

TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS

  • Passion for healthcare challenges, strong negotiation and presentation skills, effective prioritization, entrepreneurial mindset, and leadership abilities.
