What You Will Do

You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your focus is on what you do best : placing exceptional talent.

• Manage and grow your own client portfolio
• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering or sales verticals
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery
• Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans
• Operate independently, but never in isolation.

What You Bring

This opportunity is for proven recruiters who want more control, ownership, and reward.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to deliver independently
• Confidence in managing your desk, pipeline, and schedule
