Organizational Design Specialist (M/D/F)

Your role

We are looking for an Organizational Design Specialist to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational structures on a global scale. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset to drive organizational standards while working closely with key stakeholders across HR and program teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Structure Management : Design, implement, and maintain efficient organizational structures, including matrix setups and global frameworks.
• Process & Standards Implementation : Support the articulation and implementation of global organizational standards, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
• HR Technology & Data Management : Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to support organizational modeling, reporting, and workforce planning.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with HR teams, business leaders, and program teams to translate business needs into effective organizational solutions.
• Data Analysis & Insights : Provide data-driven insights to support organizational decisions, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Change Management : Support and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and communication across teams.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organizational Design, HR Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of organizational structures, including matrix environments.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR and program teams.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
