The role :
The HR Manager defines HR processes and leads the HR team. He / she responds to all day-to-day HR issues, drawing on the technical expertise of dedicated departments. He / she supports management throughout the management cycle, aligning HR and business objectives, supporting change management and transformations, and ensuring employee well-being across all HR areas. He / she collaborates with the decision-making management team.

Requirements :
The ideal candidate has a higher education background in Human Resources and over seven years of professional HR experience, including at least three years managing an HR team. Essential qualities include a results-oriented mindset, solution focus, flexibility, and strong knowledge of labor law. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Project management skills, confidentiality, adaptability, negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills are also necessary. Knowledge of sectors such as IT, Finance, or Operations is a plus.
