Recruitment Consultant

At AMPLOY PERSONELL, we connect our clients across Norway to skilled candidates from the EU and further. We’re looking for a passionate and people-driven Recruiter to join our international team in the Stavanger Area.

What you'll do :

• Source and engage candidates in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets
• Build and manage relationships with candidates and partners
• Support the full recruitment process from A to Z
• Collaborate closely with HR and management
• Be the human face of Amploy Personell for future employees

What you bring :

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese & English
• Experience in recruitment or similar people-focused role
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus (but not required with experience)
• Recruitment sales experience is a big plus, but not essential
• Strong networking and communication skills
• A proactive, adaptable mindset in an international environment
