Accounts Payable Accountant (m / f / d)

Our company is part of the Institutional Investment Group, one of the leading independent investment platforms for real estate and real assets in Germany and Europe. With approximately 350 employees, 2IG manages assets of more than 40 billion euros in approximately 25 countries, holding a leading market position as an investment platform for real estate and other real assets.

To further expand our team, we are looking for entry-level professionals or (prospective) professionals who are passionate about taking on tasks in accounts payable accounting and shaping our company.

We seek individuals with competence, ideas, initiative, and the willingness to contribute significantly in small, highly qualified teams.

Your Tasks and Opportunities

• Maintain vendor master data and handle the recording and posting of incoming invoices in our workflow and SAP system.
• Be responsible for account reconciliation and clarification.
• Provide support in closing activities.
• Post other business transactions in accounts payable accounting.
• Collaborate closely with the customer team.

Your Profile

You possess the following qualities and competencies :

• Completed a commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification or professional experience in accounts payable accounting / finance.
• Solid experience in using MS Office and preferably SAP R / 3 or comparable systems.
• Careful and independent work style paired with high resilience.
• Positive attitude towards work, high commitment, teamwork skills, and very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
