We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our luggage storage team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves welcoming clients, handling luggage storage securely, and delivering a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Register and label luggage accurately upon drop-off.
Manage the safe storage and retrieval of bags.
Answer questions regarding pricing, schedules, service terms, and directions.
Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Keep the workspace clean, organized, and secure.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements :
Previous experience in customer service (experience in tourism, transport, or retail is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Basic computer and system management skills.
Basic English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
