We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement new chains and optimize the current ones.
  • Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, and operations team.
  • Carry out ad hoc project tasks according to business needs.
  • Prepare work results reports.
  • Create a communication strategy and execute casino promotions / campaigns.
  • Grow CRM and retention metrics.
  • Monitor and control retention, reactivation, communication, conversion metrics, MAU, and LTV.
  • Operate processes aimed at increasing the metrics of specific streams (Sports or Casino).

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Upper Intermediate or higher).
  • At least 2-3 years of CRM management experience within the iGaming industry, focusing on building long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in building communication flows using various channels.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven : capable of leading projects to successful completion.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging metrics and KPIs for insights.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior for developing personalized offerings.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Adaptability to market changes and new challenges.
  • Market analysis skills to refine strategies based on trends and competitors.
