Facility Maintenance Engineer

FUNCTIONS :

• Establish a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Deal with any incidents that may arise, regardless of when they occur.
• Supervise maintenance and conservation work. Monitoring of the same.
• Liaise with maintenance companies.
• Proposing investments and executing them when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with the legal maintenance of the installations.
• Negotiation of new maintenance agreements or renewal of existing ones.
• Occasional technical support.
• University degree in Technical Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Availability for telephone support.
• Availability to travel.
• Availability for flexible working hours.
