We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Salesforce) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and maintain architectural frameworks, patterns, processes, standards, and guidelines related to systems, business, or data architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into system qualities and repeatable design strategies, such as adaptability, scalability, availability, and security.
  • Lead and guide the technical team in developing project architectures, ensuring consistency with the initial design.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware, suggesting integration methods, focusing on Service Cloud Voice and Zendesk replacement solutions.
  • Oversee the development team's progress to ensure adherence to architectural standards and initial design.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to software development teams, especially in implementing and integrating Service Cloud Voice.
  • Conduct code reviews and offer guidance in system design and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and design approaches; advise on their adoption, including transitioning from Zendesk to Service Cloud Voice.
  • Collaborate with project managers and staff to develop budgets and timelines for solutions.
  • Assess the business impact of technical decisions, particularly during Zendesk to Service Cloud Voice transitions.
  • Lead and mentor developers and architects, ensuring effective solution delivery.
  • Facilitate team meetings and communicate project goals and progress clearly.
  • Coordinate team efforts to meet project timelines and business objectives.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong background in software architecture and development.
  • Experience designing and implementing complex solutions, including Service Cloud Voice and Zendesk replacements, with familiarity in operating systems like Windows and UNIX, and databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice and experience transitioning from Zendesk or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with software engineering tools and the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor teams.
