How can you help us?

Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA landscape to meet evolving business and technical requirements. Ensure system stability, integrity, and security through proactive performance tuning, upgrades, and installation planning. Collaborate across IT teams to optimize operations, manage integrations, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, including memory management and workload balancing.
• Perform upgrades, apply enhancement packages, and implement SAP notes with minimal business impact.
• Manage SAP security settings, user roles, and authorization profiles in line with governance policies.
• Handle escalated issues related to SAP system performance, user access, and application errors.
• Troubleshoot incidents, failures, and misconfigurations related to SAP Basis and infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, identify issues, and resolve failures, including database and application errors.
• Manage SAP S/4HANA integration with other enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional SAP teams, IT infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

Skills and competencies

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Experience in SAP consulting or support roles.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Application Lifecycle Management, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.
• Understanding of key business processes and SAP system interactions.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher); German or Spanish knowledge is valuable.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated and responsible, capable of working independently.

Location

This position can be based in Spain or Germany.
