Reporting to the Director of Business Management, you will be responsible for leading and shaping ASO strategy across the portfolio.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., producers, product marketing, UA) to ensure ASO best practices and recommendations are implemented at all stages of development.
Develop an understanding of roadmaps and performance across the portfolio, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growth.
Build growth models and install forecasts.
Stay updated with the latest ASO and mobile marketing trends, and bring innovation, new knowledge, tools, and platforms to enhance our ASO efforts.
Requirements
Education : BA / BS.
Senior-level experience in marketing with a proven track record of improving conversion rates.
Experience in driving and executing ASO A / B testing strategies and metadata optimizations.
Experience managing teams.
Strong understanding of algorithms powering app stores.
Experience working across multiple projects / products.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners.
Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
