About our partner
On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we seek top talent to join rindus. The collaboration is with their e-commerce division, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work remotely from our Málaga office or from home.
What you'll be doing
Following a selection process, we adopted Anaplan for financial planning. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is expanding to cover all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation, supported by Anaplan and an external provider. Our internal team, comprising an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist, will be supported by a new Senior Anaplan Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Stakeholders.
- Bring expertise in Anaplan to train and enable team members.
- Support the implementation project alongside external partners.
- Design Anaplan solutions, define scope, and estimate efforts.
- Manage configuration, maintenance, and support of models and Data Hub.
- Create data models, calculations, and business logic.
- Optimize planning processes and scenarios.
- Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy.
- Test and validate models to meet business needs.
Key Relationships:
- Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external service providers, and direct contact with Anaplan.
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within retail.
- Strong understanding of financial planning.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business processes and data flow.
- Ability to understand complex problems and design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to agile work environments.
- Degree in informatics, economics, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of Anaplan experience.
- Experience in project management and support.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
