About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we seek top talent to join rindus. The collaboration is with their e-commerce division, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. You will work remotely from our Málaga office or from home.

What you'll be doing

Following a selection process, we adopted Anaplan for financial planning. After a successful MVP, Anaplan is expanding to cover all planning scenarios in finance and business navigation, supported by Anaplan and an external provider. Our internal team, comprising an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, and an Integration Specialist, will be supported by a new Senior Anaplan Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead development efforts, collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Stakeholders.
2. Bring expertise in Anaplan to train and enable team members.
3. Support the implementation project alongside external partners.
4. Design Anaplan solutions, define scope, and estimate efforts.
5. Manage configuration, maintenance, and support of models and Data Hub.
6. Create data models, calculations, and business logic.
7. Optimize planning processes and scenarios.
8. Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy.
9. Test and validate models to meet business needs.

Key Relationships:

• Internal collaboration with IT and business teams, external service providers, and direct contact with Anaplan.

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within retail.
• Strong understanding of financial planning.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of business processes and data flow.
• Ability to understand complex problems and design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to agile work environments.
• Degree in informatics, economics, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Anaplan experience.
• Experience in project management and support.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
