We are expanding our team with a Process Solution Designer.

What will you do?

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of platforms, features, workflows, and integrations.
• Project Management / Scrum Master: Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Customize Jira and Confluence to meet team needs.
• Investigate, model business processes, develop requirements, and assess impacts.
• Excellent analytical skills, evidence-based approach.
• Manage project resources in a matrix environment.
• Work with agile and waterfall methodologies, meeting deadlines.

Your responsibilities include:

• Promote good culture and behaviors aligned with I AM Risk.
• Identify, manage, and report risks; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Mitigate risks and complete mandatory and role-specific training.

Customer focus:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through engagement and endorsements.
• Lead requirements elicitation and engineering, maintaining customer focus.
• Communicate benefits clearly across departments.
• Produce documentation supporting analysis and stakeholder presentations.
• Understand business processes and how Jira and Confluence support them.
• Ensure tools are user-friendly and promote collaboration.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in technology, preferably in computer science, with +4 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence platforms.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
