Job Description
CURIS System is seeking a project manager with extensive commercial construction experience to lead a team through the project life cycle. This includes quoting, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking project plans with respect to budget, timeline, and roles and responsibilities.
CURIS System is a growing bio-decontamination company specializing in integrated systems for the Life Sciences, BioPharma, and Healthcare facilities, installing bio-decontamination equipment nationwide. Our team values quality service, integrity, transparency, and hard work, focusing on superior customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Project Lead who can manage while working with small design and implementation teams. Candidates should have a construction background and familiarity with electrical work, building regulations, structural steelwork, and reading blueprints/schematics.
The project manager may need to communicate project goals to clients once approved. They ensure the project is sound, report regularly on progress, and monitor to stay within budget and schedule. They track costs, tasks, time, and progress using project management software and tools. They act as a bridge between upper management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams responsible for project execution. They must identify problems, determine causes, and develop solutions quickly, delegating tasks to keep the project on track. Providing regular reporting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation are essential for future reference.
Maintain project management certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt minimum), and Agile. Responsibilities also include planning and implementing projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables, allocating resources, creating schedules, providing on-site leadership, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards. The role requires HVAC experience and not solely an IT background.
