Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of wind turbines.
• Identify and resolve technical problems and faults.
• Support wind turbine commissioning when needed.
• Complete and maintain operational documentation and reports.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with Vestas safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training (FP2) or engineering degree in electrical field.
• At least 1 year of experience in wind turbine maintenance.
• Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to read technical manuals in English (essential); verbal or written fluency is a plus.
• Residence within 25–30 km of Pujalt (Barcelona).
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to quality and safety.
• Strong problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills.
• Teamwork and ability to collaborate in multicultural environments.
• Potential for leadership with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Seeking long-term stability in a constantly evolving and growing sector.
