What will you do?

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of features, workflows, and integrations.
• Project Management / Scrum Master: Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Customize Jira and Confluence to meet team needs.
• Strong skills in investigation, business process modeling, requirements development, and impact assessment.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, evidence-based approach.
• Manage project resources in a matrix environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, meeting deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promote good culture and behaviors aligned with I AM Risk.
• Identify, assess, manage, and report risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks and complete mandatory and role-specific training.
• Influence stakeholders effectively.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through engagement and endorsements.
• Lead requirements elicitation and engineering, maintaining a customer focus.
• Document and report findings, supporting analysis and stakeholder presentations.
• Understand business processes and how Jira and Confluence support them.
• Focus on user needs, ensuring tools are user-friendly.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

What are we looking for?

University degree in technology (preferably computer science) with +4 years of experience.

Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including features, workflows, and integrations.

Understanding of agile methodologies and project management.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
