Your Role : Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist , you’ll be the voice of one of weWow’s partners, delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide tailored, empathetic solutions that leave a lasting impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
• Uphold weWow’s values by delivering innovative, customer-driven service.

Requirements :

• Native Dutch speaker (verbal and written).
• Preferably Bachelor-level thinking.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Resilient under pressure, adaptable, and target-driven.
• Committed to building a long-term career in Valencia.

Offer :

• Compensation : competitive salary of 1600-1800 euros (full-time).
• Leave : 25 holidays annually.
• Overtime : Paid at 125% (regular days) and 160% (Sundays / holidays).
