What You’ll Do

As our Affiliate Manager, you will grow and optimize our affiliate marketing program by building strong relationships, launching creative campaigns, and scaling performance to meet ambitious growth goals. Your key responsibilities include :

• Grow the Network : Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates aligned with our audience and values.
• Nurture Relationships : Maintain ongoing communication to maximize engagement and performance.
• Optimize Campaigns : Monitor metrics, test, and iterate to improve ROI.
• Strategize for Success : Develop scalable strategies to drive traffic and revenue.
• Teamwork : Collaborate across teams for alignment and efficiency.
• Stay Ahead : Keep up with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to grow programs and generate revenue.
• Experience with platforms like Tune, Impact, or Affise.
• Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a sense of ownership.
