MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service Provider will represent Company (CPY) at the Production manifolds worksite in Aviles, Spain, ensuring Contractor (CTR) supplies Production Manifolds and Foundations on time, adhering to client’s HSE policies and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing HSE, quality, planning, contractual, logistics, and technical aspects of the work.

The service holder will supervise CTR & Sub-CTR HSE activities on-site to meet Project’s HSE objectives, ensure personnel safety, construction integrity, environmental respect, and uphold the Company’s reputation.

ACTIVITIES

The Service Provider will coordinate with CPY Subsea HSE Lead, CPY Delivery Lead, CPY Materials &Welding Lead, and CPY Quality Lead.

HSE and Compliance :

The Service holder shall :

  • Comply with site security, health, and safety instructions, maintaining hazard awareness.
  • Ensure HSE contractual requirements and documentation are followed by CTR and Sub-CTRs, with visible presence on site.
  • Exemplify and enforce HSE rules & requirements, including trainings, and follow CPY Subsea HSE guidance.
  • Report issues/anomalies and utilize TOTAL STOP WORK policy when necessary.
  • Conduct risk assessments, manage change, and facilitate toolbox talks.
  • Promote Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct”, supporting Anti-Corruption policies.

WORK TASKS :

The Service holder will verify that CTR and sub-CTR work complies with CPY and Project specifications for Production Manifolds and Foundations, including reviewing documentation, certificates, NDE/NDT tasks, dimensional and cleanliness controls, and testing.

Duties will include but not be limited to :

  • Ensure timely notifications and mobilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Verify personnel certification and training.
  • Confirm equipment readiness and procedure approval.
  • Ensure tools and consumables are adequate and certified.
  • Conduct JRA and TBT before work starts.
  • Control work area safety and awareness.
  • Witness and record control activities, sign documents, and report non-conformities.
  • Stop work if necessary, re-assess, and coordinate solutions with contractors.
  • Ensure closure of non-conformities and readiness for next steps.
  • Review and approve final documentation and participate in audits.
  • Communicate effectively with all parties and issue weekly status reports.

The Service Provider will additionally :

  • Monitor Welding and Qualification Programs.
  • Assess Testing Program and equipment suitability with SPS discipline support.
  • Monitor schedule impacts of qualification and testing activities.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The activity occurs during the execution phase of a major offshore project in Suriname, involving reservoir development, FPSO, and subsea systems, with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience with Production Manifolds and Subsea Structures.
  • Knowledge of Testing regimes across project phases.
  • Understanding of manufacturing sequences and quality regimes.
  • Engineering degree or relevant professional experience.
  • QC certifications are advantageous.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish/French is a plus.
  • Minimum 20 years professional experience.
  • At least 15 years in similar projects.
