Job Description :

The Role :

Reporting to the managing director, you will learn how a media buying agency operates and have the opportunity to grow with us in the future.

This role is suitable for a candidate with a business or marketing qualification (or similar), who is organized, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.

The candidate must be proficient in office applications and computer equipment as required.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining data files and processing paperwork.
• Undertake other duties reasonably associated with this role as assigned by the Managing Director.
• Participate in training provided by management to ensure quality of service.

Education :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a media-related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Languages :

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Portuguese is positively valued.
