Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success)

We are Semrush, a global tech company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers.

Are you ready to be part of it? We’re hiring for the role of Product Success Manager (Strategic Customer Success).

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior marketing executives, marketing operations teams, tech and SEO teams. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations on leveraging Semrush for maximum impact.
  2. Service and Renewal Support: Support Strategic CSM in renewal and expansion strategies, delivering best-in-class service.
  3. Drive Customer Value: Collaborate with customer stakeholders to create workflows within their marketing operations that demonstrate the business value of Semrush’s features and tools.
  4. Executive Business Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to demonstrate ROI, offer strategic insights, and discuss new products and solutions.
  5. Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs and feedback, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Onboarding & Implementation: Develop tailored onboarding plans, delivering insights at each touchpoint to enhance customer marketing acumen.
  7. Problem Solving & Performance Tracking: Partner with internal teams to solve challenges, track KPIs, and provide strategic reports and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar, focusing on enterprise customers, preferably in MarTech or SaaS.
  • Experience with platforms like BrightEdge, Conductor, Botify, SimilarWeb, or other enterprise marketing/SEO tools.
  • Proven relationship-building skills across various seniority levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, CRM, automation).
  • Ability to analyze customer data to inform decisions.
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple initiatives.
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
