Sr. Electrical Engineer

For one of our key clients in materials technology, Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineer to support the construction of a megaproject in Northern Spain. Full on-site presence will be required during the construction phase, expected to start late this year or early next year.

This role initially offers an independent contractor position (autónomo) through CMC, with the potential for permanent employment after or within a 2-year contract, depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement tailored electrical systems aligned with operational requirements.
2. Manage electrical issues during project construction, oversee subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
3. Approve electrical designs and RFMA for subcontractors; participate in vendor evaluation and technical communication.
4. Collaborate with Maintenance to introduce process improvements.
5. Maintain updated drawings for seamless project handover.
6. Support equipment upgrade projects and propose improvements.
