Booking Assistant

We are seeking to join Sight Management Studio, our modeling agency in Barcelona, as a Junior Booker. Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining focused, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Interest or knowledge in art, fashion, photography. Experience in the fashion industry or similar roles is highly valued.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential new clients.
• Maintain client contact and follow-up.
• Manage casting processes: offer suitable models for projects, coordinate casting with models, etc.
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, and issue contracts with models and clients at national and international levels.
