Description of functions

We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join our IT, Network, and Cloud Product Development team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and customers to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
• Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Backlog Management : Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the team focuses on high-value features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into product features.
• Development Oversight : Oversee all stages of product development, from design to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• User Stories : Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Scrum Participation : Actively participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints, providing direction and feedback to the team.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor and evaluate product performance, gathering feedback to inform future product decisions.
• Problem Solving : Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impact on the team's ability to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT, Network, and Cloud environments.
• Skills : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban), excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications : Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Experience : Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
