To strengthen our TSS Mergers & Acquisition team in Spain, we are searching for a Business Integration Manager in the Barcelona area.

As a Business Integration Manager within TSS, you will contribute to all post-acquisition business activities for one of our portfolios. You will support the Managing Directors and management teams of recently acquired companies by implementing the TSS way of working and best practices within a decentralized model.

While fostering growth in a high-performing business that values customers and employees, you will balance the company's culture with TSS-driven IDE values (Innovative, Dedicated, Entrepreneurial).

Alongside the TSS Portfolio Manager responsible for multiple companies in Spain, you will support the Business Unit immediately after acquisition.

Given our growth ambitions, you will have the opportunity to work across Spain, meet new colleagues, and assist newly acquired businesses in integrating into TSS Spain.

We acquire companies with the intent of long-term value creation; thus, your work during the initial post-acquisition period will have a significant impact.

Required skills and experience :

  • Self-starting, independent professional.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels, including C-level.
  • Organizational and business sensitivity.
  • Financial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Genuine interest in understanding new companies deeply.
  • Open-mindedness towards TSS & CSI philosophies and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business economics, business administration, or finance management; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with (ICT) change management, strategic account management, or M&A is a plus.
  • Flexibility and mobility, with regular business travel required.

Your onboarding process

The initial weeks will focus on familiarizing you with TSS, our departments, philosophy, and best practices. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and participate in reporting meetings with Managing Directors of various companies in Spain.
